We offer something for every type of rider, from basics of bike-handling to Certificate Courses to get you ready to lead group rides, and everything in between. Courses are held all over the metro area, and are open to all ages and skill levels!

We offer education on walking and biking to young people ages 5-18, as well as to adults and seniors. Register for a course or request an Ambassador to set up a program.
